Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. May has a 20% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Nails by May at (530)-431-4492 or maysaechao18@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule. No shows = banned from booking. NOTE I prefer the remainder total to be paid in cash at the end of your appointment, if you don’t have cash I require a $3 fee on Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.
